At Heritage Lederhosen, we take great pride in crafting premium-quality traditional German attire and ensuring a smooth customer experience. All our products undergo strict quality control before dispatch. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a request.

Refundable Items

We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds within 14 days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective items or if there is an error on our part.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong size shipped, wrong product, or defective item), we will also refund your shipping and handling charges.
  • If the return is initiated due to a size issue or customer preference, all shipping fees and a restocking fee will apply.
  • Customers must provide clear photos of any defects or sizing issues before a return can be approved.

Please note: Items shipped to an incorrect address due to incorrect customer-provided information are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products bought on SALE or with a DISCOUNT, unless they are defective.
  • Customized or made-to-measure products, as these are tailored specifically for each customer.
  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.
  • Free promotional items (e.g., size exchanges for freebies are not accepted).
  • Orders placed for the purpose of trying multiple products and returning the rest are discouraged and will not be honored under our refund policy.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or replacement:

    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Email used for purchase
    • Photos of the product (for defects or sizing issues)
  2. Approval Process
    Our team will review your request and respond within 48 business hours.
  3. Return Address & Shipping
    Once approved, we will share the return shipping address. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to protect against loss or damage.
