At Heritage Lederhosen, we are committed to providing premium-quality traditional wear and excellent customer service. Every order undergoes a strict quality check before shipment to ensure that our high standards are met.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating any return or replacement. Because all of our products are made-to-order, a restocking fee and shipping charges may apply for returns or replacements.
Important: Once an order has been placed and delivered, the sale is generally considered final. Products are only eligible for return or exchange if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The customer receives the wrong item due to our error
Customer Responsibility & Size Disclaimer
- Selecting the wrong size is the customer’s responsibility. Such items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Heritage Lederhosen is responsible only for errors on our part, such as wrong shipment or defective items.
- If a returned item is damaged or lost during return shipment, the customer is responsible.
Eligible Returns / Refundable Items
- Returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted only within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges, except in cases of defective products or company error.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, in new condition, with tags attached.
- Before initiating a return or replacement, customers must provide photos of defects or size issues for verification.
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Made-to-measure or fully customized leather products
- Worn, altered, or damaged items
- Multiple products ordered for trial purposes
- Free items provided as part of promotions (size exchange is not allowed)
Return Procedure
If your product is eligible for return:
- Email us at contact@heritagelederhosen.com
- Provide your name, order number, email address, and photos of any defect or size issue
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions
- Securely pack the product with all original contents and clearly mark the RMA number on the package
- Ship the package using a trackable or recorded delivery service
Important: Heritage Lederhosen is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipment. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe and secure shipment of their returns.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Approved exchanges will be shipped within 30 days
- Exchange shipping fee: $30
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately
- Provide photo or video proof of the defect
- We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment
- Once the order has been shipped, it is final
International Orders
- International customers follow the same policy
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items
